If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Support Team, and they will guide you through the process.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee associated with returning your order to our headquarters in Australia. We advise considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe return of your product without these precautions. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Cancellations (If Applicable)
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed promptly, typically within 6 hours, before being transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfillment. Please be aware that wholesale orders are non-refundable, as specified in our "Wholesale Pricing Guide".
Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, don't worry. We've got you covered. Simply send a video to our Customer Support Team to substantiate your claim, and we will promptly send you a replacement free of charge. If your product becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will also provide you with a free replacement & refund.
Wrong Address
It's crucial to ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. If you realize you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order. We strive to expedite our processing times, giving you a small window to rectify any address errors before shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information confirms delivery but you haven't received your package, please file a complaint with your shipping carrier.
